Hyundai Australia faced the challenge of repositioning their brand within the Australian market from as a cheap, value-for-money brand to a premium brand with progressive technology and environmental sustainability. They also required a revitalised website that would not only position the brand in this light, but would support the customer lifecyle from research through to finding a dealer.
User experience design
My role was to capture a detailed understanding of the customer segments and user requirements and to design and develope the interaction flow and information architecture for the site. Working with a small team of designers and developers, I oversaw the creative direction of the site including interface design and front end development.
