In 2009, Coffey International underwent a global restructure to incorporate its many global offices and professional services into one streamlined organisation. To support this strategy, they faced the challenge of providing shared services, knowledge and collaboration in an efficient and consistent way. The redevelopment of the intranet was key to the success of the restructure.

As lead designer and account director I delivered a new design and high level information architecture for the site that would reinforce the global brand and provide a single source of news and information from the new homepage. In addition, a new brand and logo was developed for the intranet - 'coffey connect'.
